Harlene Events is a Full-Service Event Planning and Design company based in Fairfield, Northern California- specializing in bespoke luxury curated for the modern couple.
Our mission is to produce bespoke “custom- one-of-kind” experiences to all of our couples that is not only elevated in style but through our collaborative approach during the planning process. Our approach is very hands-on, where we focus on understanding each clients' set of desires and priorities to ensure their event is unique, tasteful, and indicative to them as a couple and their families. We are perfectionists and we strive to provide a high level of customer service to each client we take on.
About Harlene
Harlene is the Founder, Principal Planner and Lead Designer for all of the weddings and events produced by Harlene Events. With 10+ years of experience in the Event industry, which first developed in Food and Beverage followed by a background in Hotel and Hospitality, her skillset and resources alone make her a facet of a planner. Now, add-on an eye for design and a great taste for fashion, that is what truly makes her unique.
Among our clients and partners of the industry, she is known for her calm and patient demeanor with a relentless sense of perfectionism in every dimension of planning. As a designer, she's known for her modern, elevated and elegantly understated aesthetic with clean lines complimented with bold florals and wild botanicals.
Aside from the many roles she plays, she prioritizes the most important one and that is being a mother first to her twin girls who she adores with her loving husband. When she is not playing the role of a mother, wife, business owner, etc. she thrives for adventure and spontaneity, concerts/live shows, great food, artisanal cocktails; and lastly her love for modern interior design.
